After installing the client on MacOS or Windows, sign into it with your McCallie Network credentials. Classroom printers will be installed for the classrooms in which you have classes. Students that live in the dorms will also have access to the shared dorm printer. Printers for common areas like the Library and Learning Center are also installed.

Be patient, it will take a few minutes for the printers to install. If you want to monitor the installation process, follow the steps below:

Typically, printers are named based on building and room number. For example, a printer in Maclellan Academic Center room 318 is named mac318ptr01.

ChromeOS Devices

Install the Mobility Print App from the Chrome Web Store. Due to limitations of ChromeOS and PaperCut, you will only see printers in common areas. It will ask you for your McCallie network credentials. You will only have to do this once, as it will remember your login.

Android Devices

  1. Make sure your Android is connected to McCallie’s WiFi.
  2. Install the Mobility Print app from the Google Play Store.
  3. Launch the app.
  4. Tap Android settings.
  5. Tap Mobility Print.
  6. Tap the enable toggle.
  7. Exit out of Settings.
  8. Print your document. When prompted, enter your PaperCut username and password.

Note: Due to limitations of Android and PaperCut, you will only see printers in common areas.

iOS Devices

To print from your iPhone or iPad, select Print from whatever app you’re using. If it asks for AirPrint or Google Cloud Print, select AirPrint. It will ask you for your McCallie network credentials. You will only have to do this once per printer, as it will remember your login.

Note: Due to limitations of iOS and PaperCut, you will only see printers in common areas.
